We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. We believe that the best way to ensure satisfaction is to allow you to test the software fully before committing to a purchase. As such, we offer a generous trial period combined with a post-purchase money-back guarantee.

1. TRY BEFORE YOU BUY (14-DAY FREE TRIAL)

We operate on a ‘try before you buy’ basis. We provide a 14-day free trial of the Alembic Desktop Application.

Full Functionality: The trial version is not restricted. You have access to all features during the trial period.
No Credit Card Required: You can download and use the trial version without providing payment information.

We strongly encourage you to install the trial version and verify that the software meets your needs and is compatible with your hardware (e.g., Apple Silicon / Intel Macs) prior to purchasing a licence.

2. 7-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with the software after purchasing a licence, we offer a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of your purchase date.

Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 7 days of your initial payment.

Non-Refundable Circumstances: We reserve the right to decline a refund request if:

The request is made after 7 days from the purchase date.
We have evidence that the licence key has been publicly shared, activated on more devices than permitted, or otherwise used in violation of our End User Licence Agreement (EULA).
The refund is requested due to technical issues that are clearly documented as unsupported in our system requirements (which were available to test during the trial).

3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details.

Details: Please include the email address used for purchase and the licence key.

While not required, we would appreciate it if you could let us know why the software did not meet your needs, as this helps us improve our product.

4. PROCESSING TIME & LICENSE REVOCATION

Processing: Once we approve your refund request, we will initiate the process immediately. Since our payments are handled by our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy), the funds typically return to your bank account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Revocation: Upon issuing a refund, your licence key will be immediately deactivated. The software will revert to trial mode or cease to function, and you must uninstall it from your devices.

5. MERCHANT OF RECORD

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Use of the Lemon Squeezy store and their handling of your information is governed by their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
